PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair type massage machine suppressing the occurrence of discomfort or an incongruity sense by treatment by performing proper rubbing treatment of regions lower than below-knee regions.SOLUTION: This chair type massage machine includes: a first lower limb holding part 1 having storage parts each capable of storing the below-knee region of a seated treated person a second lower limb holding part 2 having storage parts each capable of storing the region lower than the below-knee region of the seated treated person and a footrest part including first and second treatment elements which are provided inside the respective storage parts of the first lower limb holding part 1 and the second lower limb holding part 2, and can perform the treatment of the lower limbs of the treated person inside the respective storage parts.
