A cartridge (106) comprises plural blood testing discs (650), each blood testing disc including a lancet (309) and a blood collection and testing part (315). Each of the discs has a generally circular shape with a cutout (643) at one side thereof. The lancet of each disc is supported at the periphery of the disc at a location that does not coincide with the cutout. The cartridge includes a side face (642) having an aperture (640) formed therein. The discs are supported in a rotatable manner on a common longitudinal axis. In a non-operational condition, the cutouts of the discs are located in a close proximity to and facing the side face of the cartridge and in an operational condition a disc that is coincident with the aperture is permitted to rotate on the longitudinal axis such that the part of the disc on which the lancet is supported passes through the aperture to allow lancing.La présente invention concerne une cartouche (106) comprenant plusieurs disques pour analyse de sang (650), chaque disque pour analyse de sang comprenant une lancette (309) et une partie de prélèvement et danalyse de sang (315). Chacun des disques est de forme généralement circulaire et comporte une entaille (643) dun côté. La lancette de chaque disque est disposée au niveau de la périphérie du disque en un point qui ne coïncide pas avec lentaille. La cartouche comporte une face latérale (642) percée dune ouverture (640). Les disques sont montés rotatifs sur un axe longitudinal commun. A létat non opérationnel, les entailles des disques sont situées à proximité immédiate de la face latérale de la cartouche et lui font face, tandis quà létat opérationnel, un disque qui coïncide avec louverture peut tourner autour de laxe longitudinal de façon à ce que la partie du disque sur laquelle se trouve la lancette passe à travers louverture pour permettre lauto-piqûre.
