PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent the undesired discharge of a next medicine when the detention of the leading medicine is released in order not only to reduce the load of adjusting work but also to widen the adjustment allowing range related to the vibration or inclination of an inner plate.SOLUTION: The vibration discharge cassette 10 includes outer plates 11-13 for arranging and housing PTP packed medicines or medicines equivalent to them, an upper frame 17 for stopping the forward falling of the housed medicines at the upper part of the release front thereof and the inner plate 16 formed so that the front end part 16b of its upper surface is upwardly inclined forward and the remaining part 16a thereof is downwardly inclined forward and placing the medicines on its upper surface to advance them at the time of vibration, and a vibration member 22 for vibrating the inner plate 16 and is constituted so as to discharge the medicines successively by vibration, wherein a first detention member 26a for detaining the leading medicine among the housed medicines and a second detention member 26b for detaining the next medicine when the detention of the first detention member 26a is released are provided to keep the release/execution of the detention of the first detention member 26a accompanied by the execution/release of the detention of the second detention member 26b.COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT【課題】調整作業の負担軽減のため、内板の振動や傾斜に係る調整許容範囲を広げるべく、先頭薬剤の留置解除時に次の薬剤の不所望な排出が確実に防止されるようにする。【解決手段】PTP包装した薬剤またはそれと等価な薬剤を整列収納する外板11~13と、その解放前面の上部で収納薬剤の前倒を止める上枠17と、上面のうち前端部分16bが前上がり傾斜で残部16aが前下がり傾斜に形成されており収納薬剤を載せて振動時には前進させる内板16と、この内板16を振動させる振動部材22とを備えていて、振動にて薬剤の順次排出を行う振動排出カセット10において、収納薬剤のうち先頭薬剤を留め置く第1留置部材26aと、その次の薬剤を第1留置部材26aの留置解除時に留め置く第2留置部材26bとを設け、第1留置部材26aの留置解除/留置実行を第2留置部材26bの留置実行/留置解除に随伴させる。【選択図】 図1
