PURPOSE: An aid for correcting a posture is provided to be easily adjusted in size according to the figure of a user. CONSTITUTION: An aid for correcting a posture comprises a spine correction part (110), a lumbar vertebra correction part (120), and a hip joint correction part (130). The spine correction part is worn on the shoulder and the back of a user and corrects the posture of the spine. The lumbar vertebra correction part is worn on the waist and the abdomen of the user while being detachably connected to the spine correction part and corrects the posture of the lumbar vertebra. The hip joint correction part is worn on the thigh and the knee of the user while being detachably connected to the spine correction part and corrects the posture of the hip joint.본 발명에 의하면, 사용자의 어깨와 등 부위에 착용되어 척추의 자세를 교정하는 척추교정부； 상기 척추교정부에 탈부착 가능하게 연결된 상태에서 사용자의 허리와 배 부위에 착용되어 요추의 자세를 교정하는 요추교정부； 및 상기 척추교정부에 탈부착 가능하게 연결된 상태에서 사용자의 허벅지와 무릎 부위에 착용되어 고관절의 자세를 교정하는 고관절교정부를 포함하는 자세교정용 보조기가 제공된다.
