PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more simplify structure and manufacture of a medical handset or nozzle, and to make the same much more convenient.SOLUTION: This medical handset 1 includes: a nozzle 5 having at least one nozzle line 11, 12 for supplying a medical effective medium such as mixture of air and powder and/or fluid to make preventive medical treatment for the teeth. The handset includes a head part 4 having a head-sided connection part 6 for detachable connection of the handset 1 with the nozzle 5. The handset 1 and at least one supply line 9, 10 are connected to at least one nozzle line 11, 12 of the nozzle 5 through tight press fitting of the sealing surface of the nozzle to the sealing surface of a handle.
