The optical axis O1 of a first camera 13 constituting an image receiving device 10 and the optical axes of light sources 11a, 11b, 12a, and 12b are directed not perpendicularly but obliquely with respect to an inner surface 4a of the cover plate 4. A shield member 15 is disposed in a boundary between the first camera 13 and the first light source 11a. Ahead of the shield member 15, a recess 17 is formed on the inner surface of the cover plate 4. The recess 17 can prevent the light emitted from the first light source 11a from propagating through the cover plate 4 and coming into the first camera 13.
