The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing dried yellow corvina by using an extract of pine needles and wild plants. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps: properly mixing 15 parts by weight of pine needles, 35 parts by weight of catbrier bulbs, 20 parts by weight of purslanes, and 30 parts by weight of Sasa borealis Makino, which are prepared in a turning hay preparation step immersing the mixture into 95% ethyl alcohol, which corresponds to 30 parts by weight of the mixture, and agitating the mixture once or twice a day for seven days to obtain an extract diluting the extract with water corresponding to ten folds of the weight of the extract inserting the diluted extract into a pressure vessel and heating at 100°C to generate steam passing the steam discharged from the pressure vessel through a condensation coil installed in a cooling apparatus, and having cooling water circulating therein to acquire extract of pine needle and wild plant composed of essential oil of pine needle and wild plant acquired through an upper layer of a fractional distillation tower, and floral water of pine needle and wild plant acquired through a lower layer of the fractional distillation tower spreading bay salt from which bittern is completely removed inside a mouth or a body of trimmed yellow corvina, spreading the essential oil of pine needle and wild plant twice or three times inside the mouse or the body of the yellow corvina, and aging the yellow corvina removing the salt from the aged yellow corvina, pouring enough amount of the floral water of pine needle and wild plant such that the aged yellow corvine sinks thereunder, and immersing the yellow corvine for 2 to 3 hours putting out and weaving the immersed yellow corvina by size, and drying the weaved yellow corvina in the shade for 1 or 2 day. Thus, propagation of harmful microorganisms is restricted, odd smell is reduced by a natural antiseptic effect, and rich palata
