Dazu umfasst die Fisteladaptervorrichtung (1) zur Versorgung von enteroatmosphärischen Fisteln ohne Vakuum einen Schlauch (2) zur Abführung der Fistelflüssigkeit mit variabler Höhe (H2) und/oder variabler Querschnittsfläche (Q2), eine am einen Schlauchende (2a) angeordnete Krempe (4) als Wundauflagefläche mit variabler Querschnitts- bzw.
