A kit of compositions and a combined anti-allergic therapy are disclosed for the treatment of respiratory allergies, such as allergic asthma and rhino-conjunctivitis, comprising two sequential phases, i.e. an inductive phase of 2 to 40 weeks, comprising the administration of at least two inactivated bacteria suspensions, to be administered through the nasal/sublingual mucosa, and a specific phase of at least 3 weeks, comprising the administration of at least two mixtures of an allergen-specific extract and an inactivated bacteria suspension, to be administered through the oral/sublingual mucosa.
