An embodiment of the present invention provides an erectile dysfunction treatment device treating erectile dysfunction by electrically stimulating a users genital organ. The erectile dysfunction treatment device according to the embodiment of the present invention may be configured to include: a housing； a first potential unit formed on the housing and coming into contact with the users genital organ； a second potential unit formed on the housing and coming into contact with the users genital organ； and an impulse generating unit generating a potential difference between the first potential unit and the second potential unit. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the impulse generating unit includes: a coil to which a current is applied from a power supply source； and a plunger capable of moving relative to the coil. The plunger may be configured to be capable of reciprocating between a position in contact with the second potential unit and a position separated from the second potential unit because of an electromagnetic force generated by the current applied to the coil. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the first potential unit and the second potential unit are charged to have different potentials when the plunger comes into contact with the second potential unit, and then the users genital organ in contact with the first potential unit and the second potential unit can be electrically stimulated.본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 사용자의 성기에 전기자극을 가해 발기기능 장애를 치료하는 발기부전 치료장치가 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 발기부전 치료장치는, 하우징과, 하우징 상에 형성되어 사용자의 성기에 접촉하는 제1 전위부와, 하우징 상에 형성되어 사용자의 성기에 접촉하는 제2 전위부와, 제1 전위부와 제2 전위부 사이에 전위차를 발생시키는 임펄스 발생부를 포함하여 구성될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 임펄스 발생부는 전력공급원으로부터 전류가 인가되는 코일과 이러한 코일에 대해 상대운동할 수 있는 플런저를 포함하고, 플런저는 코일에 인가되는 전류에 의해 발생된 전자기력에 의해 제2 전위부와 접촉된 위치와 제2 전위부로부터 이격된 위치 사이를 왕복운동하도록 구성될 수 있다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따르면, 제1 전위부 및 제2 전위부는 플런저가 제2 전위부에 접촉될 때 서로 다른 전위로 대전되어, 제1 전위부 및 제2 전위부에 접촉되어 있는 사용자의 성기에 전기자극을 가하도록 구성될 수 있다.
