PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-allergic composition having excellent granulation properties.SOLUTION: An anti-allergic composition is prepared in which one or more selected from the group consisting of fexofenadine hydrochloride salt, olopatadine hydrochloride salt and loratadine, and glycyrrhizinic acid and/or salt thereof are contained. There is also provided a method for improving granulation properties of one or more selected from the group consisting of fexofenadine hydrochloride salt, olopatadine hydrochloride salt and loratadine by glycyrrhizinic acid and/or salt thereof.
