The present invention relates to a module-type soil covering apparatus and, more specially, to a module-type soil covering apparatus which is attached to a management apparatus, increases a soil covering area in a simple manner, effectively distributes twisting weight increased in proportion to an increased soil covering area, and prevents breakage caused by twisting weight. In addition, the present invention relates to a module-type soil covering machine which can be moved by a power apparatus and is used by being attached to the management apparatus having a power supply unit for supplying power to the outside. The module-type soil covering apparatus comprises: a frame which is in the shape of &primeㄷ&prime and has a transmission axis fixated, to be able to rotate, between both end portions thereof a power transmission unit which receives power from a power supply unit formed on a body of the management apparatus and transmits power to the transmission axis and a soil covering unit which can be moved in an axial direction along the transmission axis, receives power from the transmission axis, and rotates a soil covering blade located on a lower end portion. The power transmission unit is installed to be able to pivot from the transmission axis, pivots the power transmission unit based on a vertical location on which the power supply unit of the management apparatus is formed, and then can be installed in the power supply unit.
