PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device by which a patient can easily get in and out of a bed even if he has a lumber disorder such as lumbago and his pain can be eased because he hardly needs to move or change his position on the bed and which can automatically recline into a treatment position only by pressing a treatment start switch in a seated position and can save the work of a caregiver.SOLUTION: A care bed 2 is turned into a chair for sitting and is reclined into the traction position for treatment. Also, a brace for the low back is in the shape of a seatbelt for easy and reliable fitting. The brace 13 for the underarms is fitted through one-touch operation or automatically. Further, speed of its motor is controlled. Safe and effective traction is enabled by a simple construction.COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT【課題】腰痛等の腰部障害があってもベッドに簡単に乗り降りができ、また、ベッド上での動作や体位変換は殆どしなくても済むので、患者の苦痛を少なくすることができる。さらに、座位で治療開始スイッチを押すだけで、装置は自動的にリクライニングして治療姿勢になり、介助者の労力を省力化できる。【解決手段】治療ベッド2を椅子状にして着座するようにし、これをリクライニングさせて牽引姿勢にして治療をおこなうようにした。また、腰装具はシートベルト状にして簡単に確実に装着できるようにし、脇用装具13はワンタッチ、又は、自動で装着するようにした。さらに、モータの速度制御を行い、簡単な構成で、安全で効果的な牽引治療を可能にした。【選択図】図1
