PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needleless port with excellent handleability, enabling easy and reliable wiping-off disinfection.SOLUTION: A needleless port 1A includes: a substantially cylindrical port part 21 having an opening into which a male luer can be inserted, formed at one end, and a male screw 21b formed around an outer peripheral surface a septum 30 disposed at the other end of the port part 21, and provided with a self-closing type slit 31 that is openable by being pressed down by the male luer inserted via the opening and a cap 3 detachably attached to the port part 21 and capable of closing the opening in the attached state. The cap 3 includes: a substantially-cylindrical stationary part 41 having a female thread 41a to be engageable with the male screw 21b, formed on an internal peripheral surface and a rod part 43 extending along an axial direction of the stationary part 41 so as to become insertable in the inside of the stationary part 41.
