PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical stopcock capable of reducing residence of a medicine liquid therein, relative to conventional art, and maintaining operation ability equal to that of teh conventional art.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a medical stopcock (1) comprising a main body (2) and a stopcock (3). The main body (2) comprises a cylindrical part (21), an upstream port (22), a downstream port (23), and a side pipe port (24). The stopcock (3) comprises a cylindrical part (31) and a handle (32). The cylindrical part (31) comprises on its outer peripheral face, a groove part (33).
