The device comprises a negative pressure pump (1). A negative pressure outlet of the negative pressure pump (1) is connected to a T-shaped flexible tube (4). The other two ports of the T-shaped flexible tube (4) are connected to a first solenoid valve (3) and a second solenoid valve (31), respectively. An air outlet port of the first solenoid valve (3) is connected to a first four-way flexible tube (6), and an air outlet port of the second solenoid valve (31) is connected to a second four-way flexible tube (61). The other three ports of the first four-way flexible tube (6) are connected to a third solenoid valve (5), a first pressure sensor (7) and a first connecting tube (8), respectively. The other three ports of the second four-way flexible tube (61) are connected to a fourth solenoid valve (51), a second pressure sensor (71) and a second connecting tube (81), respectively. The first connecting tube (8) is connected to a first application component (2), and the second connecting tube (81) is connected to a second application component (21).
