The invention relates to an intervertebral fusion device comprising an intervertebral stabilising screw and a composition for bone remodelling. The intervertebral stabilising screw comprises: a main body with an axial through-hole and a distal thread that is secured to the bone, located at a distal end of the main body； a hollow proximal secondary body that can slide along the length of the main body； and a travel stop for the proximal secondary body, located on an outer surface of the main body. According to the invention, the proximal secondary body also includes an external thread for securing to the bone, and the main body comprises at least one fill hole, located between the distal thread and the travel stop, for connecting an intervertebral space to the aforementioned axial hole.Tornillo de estabilización intervertebral que comprende un cuerpo principal con un orificio axial pasante y una rosca distal de fijación a hueso, situada en un extremo distal del cuerpo principal, un cuerpo secundario proximal hueco con capacidad de deslizamiento a lo largo del cuerpo principal y un tope al recorrido del cuerpo secundario proximal situado en una superficie exterior del cuerpo principal, en el que el cuerpo secundario proximal presenta asimismo exteriormente una rosca de fijación a hueso y en el que entre la rosca distal y el citado tope el cuerpo principal presenta al menos un orificio de llenado para conexión de un espacio intervertebral con el citado orificio axial.
