This invention relates to a method for preventing plant pests by mixing solution containing organic acid salts. The method comprises preparation an aqueous solution containing specific proportion of organic acid salts, then addition diatomaceous earth with specific proportion to obtain a silicate-containing protective solution. The silicate-containing protective solution is sprayed evenly on a plant surface to prevent herbivorous insects and achieve effects of plant pests-prevention.本發明系關於一種調和有機酸鹽類溶液用於植物防蟲害之方法,係包含將一有機酸鹽類原料配置成一特定比例之水溶液,並加入一特定比例之矽藻土,以獲得一含有矽酸鹽類之防護液;將該防護液均勻噴灑於植物表面,以避免植食性昆蟲侵害,而達到植物防蟲害之功效。
