The bottle plug main body (Y) is provided with an infusion/suction channel for connection to an injection or transfusion apparatus. In use, after removal of the cover (X) sealing the bottle plug main body (Y) and the bottle mouth (Z1), the injection or transfusion apparatus can be connected with or inserted directly into the infusion/suction channel, then drug solvent or solution can be infused into the bottle or sucked out of the bottle by said injection or transfusion apparatus, with no puncturing required.
