PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coiled actuator suppressing deterioration in electric resistance while providing a plurality of long-sized members as heating members by reducing electric contact points of the long-sized members as the heating members with one another.SOLUTION: A coiled actuator 4 includes: fibers 1, 111c stretchable by heat heating members 2 having at least two or more of long-sized members 2a, 2b capable of heating the fibers by energization and an insulation member 3 having at least two or more of long-sized members 3a, 3b insulating the long-sized members as the heating members from one another. The fibers are twisted along the periphery of their long axis 110LA. The fibers are folded so as to have a cylindrical coiled form. The long-sized members as the heating members are wound around the fibers without intersecting with one another. The long-sized members as the insulation members are wound around the outer peripheries of the fibers without intersecting with one another. The insulation members and the long-sized members are wound around the outer periphery of the fibers.
