PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of positioning an orthodontic appliance, more conveniently and efficiently fitting an orthodontic appliance while holding down the fitting cost.SOLUTION: A base single substance 1 is provided by a plastic injection mold, in manufacture, a cross reference line is drawn on a tooth form model 4 of a patient, the orthodontic appliance 2 is fitted to the base single substance 1 after heating, the orthodontic appliance 2 is tied by a flexible member 3 and positioned, and each base substance 1 is stuck to the tooth form model 4 together with the orthodontic appliance 2. After the position of the orthodontic appliance 2 is suitably adjusted, the respective single substances 1 are connected to each other by photocuring resin 5, and after an adhesive is applied to the back of each orthodontic appliance 2, the connected base substances 1 are stuck directly to each tooth part requiring straightening together with the orthodontic appliance 2 tied to these base single substances 1. After the adhesive sets, the flexible member 3 tied to each base single substance 1 is removed, and also each base single substance 1 is removed from the orthodontic appliance 2. The orthodontic appliances 2 fixed to the surfaces of the teeth are closely connected to each other.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】歯列矯正器具の取り付けをより便利かつ効率よくし、取り付けコストを抑えることができる歯列矯正器具のポジショニング方法を提供すること。【解決手段】プラスチック射出成型でベース単体1を設け、製作時に患者の歯型模型4に十字の基準線を描き、矯正器具2を加熱した後ベース単体1に嵌置し、可撓部材3で矯正器具2を縛ってポジショニングし、各ベース単体1を矯正器具2と共に歯型模型4に貼付し、矯正器具2の位置を適切に調整した後、光硬化樹脂5で各ベース単体1を相互に連接させ、各矯正器具2の背面に接着剤を塗布した後、連接した各ベース単体1をこれらベース単体1に縛り付けた矯正器具2と共に直接患者の矯正が必要な各歯部に貼付し、接着剤が固まった後、各ベース単体1に縛り付けられた可撓部材3を外し、かつ各ベース単体1を矯正器具2から取り外す。歯部の表面に固定された各矯正器具2を緊密に連接する。【選択図】図2
