PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an early greening method allowing the early greening of a construction place generally difficult to green such as wall surface of structure, roof, rooftop, mortar concrete slope, ground slope and artificial ground face in fields of civil engineering, harbor, building and the like. SOLUTION: Two or more porous lava rocks 2 are mounted on a metallic plate 1 to form a greening foundation 5. The porous lava rocks 2 are uniformly set on the metallic plate 1, and each of them is fixed onto the plate 1 by an adhesive 3 such as polymer resin. The greening foundation 5 is mounted on the wall surface 6 of the structure by a fixing member 7 such as anchor. A soil foundation material 8 is sprayed onto the greening foundation 5 in a thin layer. The spraying thickness t of the soil foundation material 8 is set 2 cm or less.
