CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for antiaging contains 20 weight% of germinated soybean-fermented extract and germinated sesame-fermented extract as an active ingredient. The germination is performed by dipping in water at 10-45°；C for 1-48 hours. The germinated soybeans and sesames are expose in the air or oxygen at 20-45°；C for 10-36 hours.
