The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing (S)-metoprolol which is used as a depressant, and more specifically, to a novel method for effectively manufacturing high purity (S)-metoprolol, comprising the steps of: carrying out a condensation reaction of (R)-epichlorohydrin and 4-(2-methoxyethyl) phenol, which are starting materials, by using a chiral salen catalyst under a very mild condition in which racemization is suppressed carrying out an epoxidation reaction in the presence of a base and carrying out a condensation reaction with isopropyl amine.La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication du S-métoprolol qui est utilisé comme dépresseur. Elle concerne plus particulièrement un nouveau procédé pour la fabrication efficace du S-métoprolol dune pureté élevée consistant à : effectuer une réaction de condensation de R-épichlorhydrine et de 4-(2-methoxyethyl) phénol, qui sont des matières de départ, à laide dun catalyseur chiral salen dans des conditions très douces où la racémisation est supprimée effectuer une réaction dépoxydation en présence dune base et effectuer une réaction de condensation avec de lisopropylamine.본 발명은 혈압강하제로 사용되는 (S)-메토프롤롤의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 출발물질인 (R)-에피클로로히드린과 4-(2-메톡시에틸)페놀을 키랄 살렌(chiral salen) 촉매 하에서 매우 온화한 조건으로 라세미화가 억제되는 축합반응을 수행하고, 다시 염기 존재 하에서 에폭시화 반응시킨 다음 이소프로필아민과 축합반응시킴으로써 고순도의 (S)-메토프롤롤을 효율적으로 제조하는 새로운 방법에 관한 것이다.
