PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead take-out device capable of holding a lead stably.SOLUTION: A lead take-out device 10 comprises: a tubular outer shaft 11 inserted into a lead 51 an inner shaft 12 inserted into a tube hole of the outer shaft 11 and operation parts connected to the base end sides of both shafts 11, 12 respectively. By forming spiral notches 21-23 on a peripheral wall part of the outer shaft 11 along an axial direction, coil parts 24-26, in which the peripheral wall part is formed in a coil shape, are provided in a part of the outer shaft 11 in the axial direction. The operation parts are operated so as to generate twist around an axis line in the coil parts 24-26 by relatively rotating the distal end side of the outer shaft 11, which is connected through the inner shaft 12, around the axis line with respect to the base end side of the outer shaft 11. The coil parts 24-26 press and hold the lead 51 from the inner peripheral side by being enlarged in diameter according to the twist operation by the operation parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
