A plasma generating apparatus is disclosed. The plasma generating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a main body which includes a receiving space which receives an object inside； and a nozzle which is provided on one side of the main body and sucks and discharges air of the receiving space. The main body includes: a sheath； and a flexible electrode part which is provided inside the sheath and generates plasma toward the object by being discharged. If the air of the receiving space is sucked and discharged through the nozzle, the main body is contracted so that the electrode part approaches the object side.
