The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing pine nut laver, and the pine nut laver manufactured by the apparatus, and more particularly, to the apparatus for manufacturing the pine nut laver, which is workable at once with one apparatus, without a separate pine nut processing operation by crushing, sieving, and extracting oil by pressing, if unripe pine nuts are inputted, and to the pine nut laver manufactured by the apparatus. In the pine nut laver, according to the present invention, with respect to 100 wt% of sesame oil, a mixed oil in which 5-15 wt% of pine nut oil is applied to the surface, and with respect to 100 wt% of seasoned salt, a mixed material in which 40-50 wt% of a pine nut powder is mixed is attached onto the surface.본 발명은 잣 김 제조장치 및 그 장치에 의해 제조된 잣 김에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 생 잣을 투입하기만 하면 분쇄 및 체질함과 동시에 착유하여 별도의 잣 가공작업 없이 하나의 장치에서 한 번에 작업 가능한 잣 김 제조장치 및 그 장치에 의해 제조된 잣 김에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 의한 잣 김은 참기름 100중량부에 대하여 잣유 5~15중량부가 혼합된 혼합유이 표면에 도포되고, 맛소금 100중량부에 대하여 잣가루 40~50중량부가 혼합된 혼합물이 표면에 부착된 것을 특징으로 한다.
