Or, the air cleaning filter of the present invention includes the step of coating a coating solution on the carrier, the coating solution including kimchi lactic acid bacteria, disinfectant, optionally fermented Ecklonia cava extract, and a binder selected from a group including silicon modified acryl resin, silicon modified epoxy resin, urethane resin, acryl resin, and silicon resin, and, the step of drying the carrier coated thus, whereby permitting to clean air effectively by removing or sterilizing bacteria, fungi, and virus from the air.
