The present invention relates to a cream type cosmetic composition comprising microbubbles which contains 0.1-2.0 wt% of agar as a water soluble polymer 2.0-10.0 wt% of fatty acid 0.1-2.0 wt% of alkali salt 0.1-10.0 wt% of non-ionic surfactant and 1.0-10.0 wt% of oil of the total weight of the composition. According to the present invention, the cream type cosmetic composition comprising microbubbles uses an emulsification technology using the non-ionic surfactant, an anionic surfactant based on the saponification of the fatty acid and the alkali salt, and the agar, which results in a great amount of microbubbles in the cream type cosmetic product. Hence, the present invention is not heavy or sticky even though the formulation firmness of the cream type cosmetic product is high.
