PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip securing space for performing the processing of suture or the like by inverting an object to be held such as a blood vessel from the front side to an opposite side for instance without twisting it or turning it over.

SOLUTION: The clip 2 includes: a pair of holding pieces 4a and 4b configured such that the distal end side can be opened and closed an energizing member for energizing the holding pieces 4a and 4b in the direction of closing the distal end side and a pair of clamping pieces 7a and 7b provided on the distal end parts of the holding pieces 4a and 4b, to be opened and closed following up the opening/closing operations of the opening/closing operation on the distal end side of the holding pieces 4a and 4b. The pair of clamping pieces 7a and 7b are provided turnably relative to the opening/closing operation for the holding pieces 4a and 4b.
