A holding element (14) i.e. O-ring (34), holds the fixing elements together. The latter fixing element is conveyed from an insertion position into a fixing position, in which fixing members (18, 20) exhibit reduced distance than in the insertion position. The holding element forms a pre-tensioning element (45) for pre-tensioning the fixing elements relative to each other in the insertion position with regard to the fixing position.
