PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge composition that is environment-friendly and is excellent in cooling effect by using an energy that a liquefied gas has for cooling a discharging surface efficiently, and to provide a discharge product using the same.SOLUTION: A discharge composition comprises a stock solution and a liquefied gas, wherein the stock solution and the liquefied gas form a homogeneous phase. The discharge composition contains 1 to 20 mass% of the liquefied gas and has a vapor pressure of 0.18 MPa or lower at 35°C.
