PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give preferable sense such as thermal sense, remove discomfort such as cold sense, and suppress giving of feebleness even to a weak patient, by a cleanliness technique.SOLUTION: A steam cloth formed of a first towel 1 including steam whose temperature is 80°C-90°C, and a second towel storing the first towel from outside, is used. Hot water whose temperature is 80°C-90°C is dripped to the first towel 1, the first towel 1 is squeezed so that the first towel contains the steam, then the dry second towel 2 stores the first towel 1. The steam cloth gradually releases heat while transmitting heat to outside, because the steam contained in the first towel 1 is stored in the second towel 2, so that for about 10 minutes, the steam cloth can be used as a body wiping cloth. In addition, warming by the steam does not require moisture, so that evaporation heat is hardly lost, and even a weak patient does not feel feebleness. The steam cloth can give a person who uses it, comfort such as calm thermal sense.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】温感等の好感を与え冷感等の不快感を除去し、虚弱な患者でも疲労感を与えにくい清潔技術を提供する。【解決手段】温度80℃~90℃の蒸気を含んだ第1のタオル1と、第1のタオルを外側からくるんだ第2のタオル2とからなる蒸気布を用いる。第1のタオル1に温度80℃~90℃の熱湯を滴下し、第1のタオル1を絞って蒸気を含ませ、ついで、乾燥している第2のタオル2で第1のタオル1を包む。この蒸気布は第1のタオル1に含まれている蒸気が第2のタオル2でつつまれていることにより、温熱を外部に伝えることができながら放熱が徐々に進むので、数10分位の間は温熱を与える身体清拭布として利用できる。また、蒸気による加温は水分を伴わないので、気化熱が奪われることが少なく虚弱な患者であっても疲労感を与えることがない。また被使用者に対し穏やかな温感等の快感を与えることができる。【選択図】図1
