SOLUTION: In this system, an apartment house entrance, a bank window or the like using an authentication result is provided with a management part managing registration of collating bioinformation, each living room inside an apartment house, a cellphone or the like is made to hold the collating bioinformation registered under the management of the management part, and the authentication result use side does not have the collating bioinformation. By making a bioinformation acquisition part replaceable and providing a normal operation confirmation means, the realistic system withstanding long-period use is achieved.
