PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for selectively removing only undifferentiated stem cells without affecting differentiated cells in a living organism when preparing differentiated cells derived from stem cells and after transplantation.SOLUTION: A undifferentiated stem cell removal agent comprises at least one component selected from the group consisting of the followings (a) to (d): (a) cells capable of specifically inhibiting the growth of glypican 3-expressing cells； (b) compounds capable of specifically inhibiting the growth of glypican 3-expressing cells； (c) cells capable of inducing a specific immune response against glypican 3-expressing cells； (d) compounds capable of inducing a specific immune response against glypican 3-expressing cells.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】幹細胞から誘導された分化細胞の調製時及び移植後の生体内において、分化細胞に影響を与えることなく未分化幹細胞のみを選択的に除去する技術を提供する。【解決手段】以下の（ａ）～（ｄ）からなる群より選択される少なくとも１つの成分を含む、未分化幹細胞除去剤：（ａ）グリピカン３発現細胞の増殖を特異的に阻害し得る細胞；（ｂ）グリピカン３発現細胞の増殖を特異的に阻害し得る化合物；（ｃ）グリピカン３発現細胞に対する特異的免疫応答を誘導し得る細胞；及び（ｄ）グリピカン３発現細胞に対する特異的免疫応答を誘導し得る化合物。【選択図】なし
