PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new inhalation type pharmaceutical composition for administration to asthma containing an inhaling type corticosteroid combined with B2-agonist.SOLUTION: The new inhalation type pharmaceutical composition contains an effective amount of B2-agonist and corticosteroids as major components and if necessary medically allowable carriers. The composition is used for emergent administration and administration for eccentric therapy during sleep or at the time of waking up to asthma or asthma attack of a person having asthma chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
