PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fit between itself and the legs of a wearer and significantly exert leakage prevention properties at leg opening parts in a tape type diaper.SOLUTION: In a disposable diaper 1, an end part E2 of a crotch gather 22 at a back side B in a product longitudinal direction L is disposed at the back side B in the product longitudinal direction L with respect to an extension line L2 that is formed by connecting an outer edge 4E1 of a back-side side flap part 4 in a product width direction W, an end part EL1 of a line L1 crossing with a fastening tape 5 at a ventral side F in the product longitudinal direction L, and an end part E1 of a leg gather 21 at the back side B in the product longitudinal direction L.
