PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic applicator-follower composition which is excellent in maintaining the stability of a liquid cosmetic with time, while contributing to the stability of the discharge of liquid cosmetics, and the end of use of the liquid cosmetic is easy to understand regardless of whether the inside of a filling chamber is visible or invisible and whether the application portion is a ballpoint pen type or not.SOLUTION: A cosmetic applicator-follower composition is characterized by containing at least a base oil, and 3.5 to 8 mass% of elastomer comprising a styrene structure.
