PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide antigen-specific T cell-containing composition containing antigen-specific T cells at a high rate and simple methods for producing the same.SOLUTION: A method for producing a composition of antigen-specific T cells comprises a cell proliferation step of culturing CD137 positive cells in a culture medium containing IL-2 at a final concentration of 500 IU/ml or more.
