The purpose of the present invention is to provide a fermenting and fomenting device using microorganisms (1) for fomenting a user using heat generated by the fermentation of a composite medium wherein microorganisms are mixed. The fermenting and fomenting device includes: a body (2) with a receiving space (21) receiving the composite medium (A) wherein the microorganisms are mixed inside； a fomenting drum (3) with a fomenting bed (4) enabling the user to lie down inside and installed to freely rotate by being bearing-supported by front and rear supporting frames (25, 26) of the body (2) in the receiving space (21)； a driving means (5) connected to the rear part of the body (2) to be interlocked with the fomenting drum (3) and rotating the fomenting drum (3)； a stopper (6) of which both ends are seated on the front supporting frame (25) to support and fixated the horizontal fomenting bed (4)； and stirring blades (7) protruding from the outer circumference of the fomenting drum (3) in order to mix the composite medium (A) received in the receiving space (21) in the case of the rotation of the fomenting drum (3). According to this, the fermenting and fomenting device using the microorganisms is capable of maximizing fomenting effectiveness by directly emitting heat due to the fermentation to the whole human body as the composite medium (A) covers the fomenting drum (3). In addition, the fermenting and fomenting device using the microorganisms improves user convenience such as simple cleaning after fomenting as the composite medium (A) does not come into contact with a human body.
