The present invention relates to a pipe joining device for a vinyl greenhouse that joins a vertical pipe and a horizontal pipe, used for a vinyl house frame, with each other. More specifically, the pipe joining device comprises a joining body (100) and a joining pin (200). The joining body (100) includes: a close contact bent part (110) which allows the vertical pipe (20) to be inserted therein and to closely contact the same and side plates (120) formed on both sides of the close contact bent part (110). Insertion parts (121) cut to allow the horizontal pipe (30) to be inserted therein mounting grooves (122) on which the horizontal pipe (30) inserted through the insertion parts (121) is mounted and joining grooves (123) formed on sides of the mounting grooves (122) are formed on the side plates (120). The joining pin (200) is inserted into the joining grooves (123) formed on the side plates (120) of the joining body (100) and includes a head part (220) formed on the top of an aperture part (210) comprising tapered surfaces (211) formed to have an inclined side. The pipes are joined to push each other rather than to attract each other.
