The composition in the form of solid film comprises a layer (A) comprising a fibrinogen activator and a biocompatible material and a layer (B) comprising fibrinogen and a biocompatible material, wherein the fibrinogen activator and the fibrinogen are not present simultaneously in one and the same layer. The invention also describes a composition in the form of film comprising a compressed mixture of a lyophilisate comprising a fibrinogen activator and a lyophilisate comprising fibrinogen. Said compositions can be used in the preparation of fibrin adhesives and in hemostasis, tissue adhesion and wound healing.
