The present invention relates to a small laser module with excellent durability, and more specifically, to a small laser module mounted on a portable laser device used in treatment or surgery to generate lasers. The small laser module of the present invention comprises: a case which has a laser outputting unit on the front thereof in which a ferrule connected to optical fibers is mounted； an infrared laser diode which is mounted on the case to irradiate an infrared laser beam； a visible light laser diode which is mounted on the case to irradiate a visible light laser beam； a temperature sensor which senses the temperature inside the case； and a power connection unit which is mounted on the rear of the case to be connected with a battery.
