The present invention relates to a minimally invasive laser needle system for treating arthritis. The minimally invasive laser needle system comprises a light source unit and a laser needle unit. The light source unit has a simple structure comprising a light source, a collimating lens, and an optical fiber port, thereby being able to be miniaturized. The light source unit further comprises a light source temperature stabilizing device, and resolves an instable output problem of a laser needle probe caused by light axial distortion occurring during a laser needle probe replacing process, so treatment can be more stably and accurately performed. The minimally invasive laser needle system according to the present invention comprises: a light generating unit for generating laser beans; and a laser needle probe connected with the laser generating unit and emitting laser beams through an optical fiber. The light generating unit comprises: a light source including a laser diode; a collimating lens for adjusting the laser beams generated from the light source to become coherence horizontal light without being scattered; an optical fiber port for focusing the laser beams from the collimating lens in the optical fiber; and a light source temperature stabilizing device for making a temperature of the light source maintained within a predetermined temperature by cooling the light source when a temperature of the light source is detected and becomes equivalent to or higher than a standard temperature. According to the laser needle probe, a hollow laser needle is mounted in one end of the optical fiber, and an optical connector is mounted on the other end of the optical fiber, wherein the optical connector is mounted on the optical fiber port.본 발명은 광원부와 레이저 침부로 이루어지되, 광원부는 광원, 콜리메이팅렌즈, 광섬유포트로 이루어져, 그 구성이 간단하여 소형화가 가능하며, 광원온도안정장치를 더 구비하며, 레이저 침 프로브 교체과정에서 발생하는 광축 틀어짐 현상으로 인한 레이저 침 프로브의 불안정한 출력 문제를 해결하여, 보다 안정적이면서 정확도를 높인 치료가 가능한, 관절염 치료를 위한 최소 침습적 레이저 침 시스템에 관한 것이다.본 발명은 레이저 빔을
