The guide groove includes at least first and second continuous administering grooves. The second administering groove is configured to include a transitional portion extending in the circumferential direction with a groove wall on the base end side aligned with the base end of the first administering portion, and a second administering portion extending from the transitional portion to a base end along the longitudinal direction. An energizing protrusion engageable with the projection is provided at a boundary between the transitional portion and the second administering portion.
