PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell support complex in which the stability of a simple-epithelial structure is improved.SOLUTION: A cell support complex 10 comprises a substrate 20 formed with artificial materials, a collagen molecule 30 or a fragment thereof which adheres to at least a part of the substrate 20, and a culture cell 40 adhering to the substrate 20 through the collagen molecule 30. The culture cell 40 forms a confluent monolayer without substantially stratifying. The collagen molecule 30 improves the stability of the simple-epithelial structure of the culture cell 40 to the cell support complex 10.
