PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an agrochemical granule by which homogeneous sustained release properties are ensured and stable productivity can be maintained during a production period in the agrochemical granule comprising at least one kind of an agrochemically active ingredient, a thermoplastic material and an inorganic diluting carrier and having sustained release properties of the agrochemically active ingredient imparted thereto by heating and melting the thermoplastic material and forming a matrix.SOLUTION: This method for producing the agrochemical granule comprises heating and kneading an agrochemical composition comprising the agrochemically active ingredient, the thermoplastic material and the inorganic diluting carrier at a temperature not lower than the melting point of the thermoplastic material and then extruding and granulating the kneaded material at a temperature not higher than the melting point of the thermoplastic material.COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO【課題】 少なくとも1種類の農薬活性成分と熱可塑性材料と無機系希釈担体とを含み、該熱可塑性材料を加熱溶融してマトリックスを形成することにより農薬活性成分の徐放性を付与した農薬粒剤において、製造期間中、均質な徐放性を確保するとともに安定した生産性を維持できる製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】 農薬活性成分と熱可塑性材料と無機系希釈担体とを含む農薬組成物を、該熱可塑性材料の融点以上で加熱混練した後、熱可塑性材料の融点以下で押し出し造粒することを特徴とする農薬粒剤の製造方法。
