The present invention relates to a stretcher composed of a bed on which a patient may be loaded in a lying position； a support frame capable of supporting the bed； front and back legs which can be folded when loading the stretcher onto a transport vehicle or unfolded when unloading the stretcher from the transport vehicle； a connecting frame configured to integrate the motion of the front and back legs during folding and unfolding of the front and back legs； front and back casters having shock-absorbing components installed therein which can attenuate shock that can be transferred to the patient due to the uneven surface of the ground； a shielding film which can be expanded to effectively protect the patient from environmental conditions such as heat from direct sunlight or rain and the like, during transport of the patient； and a fixing splint which can fix the body of the patient when transporting the patient suffering from an injury, such as a bone fracture, which requires the body to be fixed.
