The invention relates to a new fusion protein comprising a transcription modulation domain of p65 which is a subunit of the transcription factor NF-?B, and a protein transport domain and a use thereof. The fusion protein according to the present invention has the effects of inhibiting the transcription of NF-?B and IL-2 by competitive inhibition, inhibiting the secretion of inflammatory cytokines by LPS, and inhibiting the production of IL-2, IFN-?, IL-4, IL-17A and IL-10 in splenocytes, and thus can be useful as a composition for the prevention or treatment of NF-?B hyperactivity-related diseases.
