PURPOSE: A method for producing ginseng or red ginseng granules is provided to improve solubility of alcohol drink by spraying spray liquid containing a binding agent, and to improve immunity of health with beneficial components in ginseng. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing ginseng or red ginseng granules comprises the following steps: manufacturing spray liquid by adding a binding agent in water； manufacturing seeds by making uniform granules of the ginseng, the red ginseng or saccharides； spraying the spray liquid on the top of a fluid bed by adding the seed in a fluidized bed granulator； classifying products after drying； and obtaining the granules of the ginseng or the red ginseng. The binding agent is selected from a group of sugar syrup, caramel colors, caramel syrup, and herb medicine concentrate.본 발명은 (a) 결합제를 물에 첨가하여 분무액을 제조하는 단계； (b) 인삼 또는 홍삼 농축액 분말, 및 당류를 혼합하고 입자크기를 균일화하여 시드(seed)를 제조하는 단계； (c) 유동층 과립기의 내부에 상기 시드를 첨가하여 유동화하고 유동층 과립기 상부에서 상기 단계 (a)의 분무액을 분사하는 단계； (d) 상기 단계 (c)의 결과물을 건조하고 분급하는 단계； 및 (e) 상기 분무액에 함유된 결합제로 상기 시드를 코팅한 인삼 또는 홍삼 농축액 분말의 과립을 수득하는 단계를 포함하는 인삼 또는 홍삼 농축액 분말의 과립을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에서 유동층 과립기를 이용하여 유동층 과립기 내부에 과립화하고자 하는 시드를 첨가하여 유동화하고, 유동층 과립기 상부에 결합제를 포함하는 분무액을 탑-스프레이 방식으로 분사하여 인삼 또는 홍삼 농축액 분말의 과립을 제조함으로써, 종래 분무 건조법(spray dry) 또는 바텀-스프레이 방식으로 제조된 과립제품에 비해 용해도가 크게 개선된다. 또한, 용해도가 크게 개선된 인삼 또는 홍삼 농축액 분말의 과립은 냉수, 냉장 보관된 음료 또는 알콜음류(특히, 소주)에 용해하여 용이하게 인삼 또는 홍삼 제품을 음용할 수 있다.
